Meet Ish !
“You can lay the anchor after you’ve finally reached safe ground – your chosen destination. There are so many things to master, so many challenges to overcome, and so many inhibitions to shed, in order to reach your dream destination and tell yourself, ‘My journey was worth it!’”

Client Speak

She believes that all the answers are already within us – a conversation with her may just lead you there. So, in a sense, her approach begins and ends with you – with her playing the role of a catalyst in helping you get answers that you were always seeking.

Life, Universe, and Everything

Yes, we have borrowed this quote from the Hitchhikers’, and what a beautiful way it is to explain the wide-ranging topics Ishani discusses with her clients? As she always says, we all already have the answers within us, but sometimes we just stop listening to ourselves. Over the years she has developed the ability to “hear” her inner voice and is willing to share her techniques so you too can listen to yourself. Once you have established that connection with your “self”, a whole new line of communication opens up.

So if you don’t fall under the specific categories – pursuing higher studies, or advancing your career or starting a venture - and yet belong to this universe of people striving to do better, then Ishani’s unique gratitude-driven coaching is something you must experience. Ishani uses an equally unique Metta and Pay It Forward pricing model for this line of coaching:
  • Women in business / executive leaders
  • Expatriates / non-Indian professionals working in India
  • Youth with hidden potential
As a woman entrepreneur herself, Ishani feels a strong sense of commitment to nurture, guide and mentor women entrepreneurs of the future. Women are naturally instinctive, but sometimes lose that connection with their inner voice because they over-commit or tend to nurture others at the cost of themselves. Ishani says that she is guilty of it herself and although she hasn’t conquered it fully yet, she feels she is doing a much better job than before. If you are facing similar issues, chat with Ishani about it and see how you can help each other.

Having worked as an expat herself, Ishani knows the dynamics involved in settling down into a job and routine in a foreign country. Her work has taken her to the US, UK, Australia and now India, and ever so often she has found that adjusting her expectations accordingly was not always easy. Her hardest transition was, perhaps, starting her own business in India after having lived abroad for 20 years. There is still so much more to learn and Ishani believes we could learn more if we share each others’ experiences. She always says, “I am happy to share my leanings – are you?”

And then there is that elusive work-life balance. Everyone wants it, but only a lucky few have it. Ishani says that she has worked hard to achieve it in her own life and is eager to share some techniques that have worked for her. She says, “If you find yourself running a checklist of next day’s tasks in your head while you are falling asleep or typing furiously on your Blackberry way past work hours, we must talk!”

Ishani is especially passionate about working with young aspirants, achievers and youth with hidden gifts and potential. She has gone through the highs and lows of the 20s and 30s herself and can look back and see how both her successes and failures have been a stepping stone for greater achievement. She is not of another generation; she is of here and now. It is this special wisdom and insight that helps her relate to you so well.
