“As the captain of the ship, your decisions determine the fate of your ship and crew – you included. The raging storms will test you repeatedly. But, when going down is not an option, you must be prepared to take on challenges, beat the odds, and come out on top.”

Client Speak

Whatever your situation is, if you want to talk to a person, who has been there, done that. A person who has succeeded at whatever she has put her mind too, and failed where she thought it was least likely for her to do so. A person who is able to relate, listen and has probably been in the same situation as you before and therefore wouldn’t judge you – then that is Ishani.
Ash, Entrepreneur India

Shaping your Own Future

Ishani often says she can never forget the high she experienced when she set up her entrepreneurial venture. She was her own boss, working on something so close to her heart. But she can also never forget the hard choices she had to make all along – throwing away the relative comfort of her day job, finding equally passionate people to share her dream with, changing the course of her company in line with changing times and more.

Being an entrepreneur is no easy job; and the one thing that can make the journey easier is a keen understanding of self. Ishani says “Before entrepreneurs can get other investors to invest in their venture, they must learn to invest in themselves!”

She also believes that the glory of entrepreneurship lies not just in the end result, but in the journey itself. The biggest failures in entrepreneurship come from personal inadequacies – inadequacies that get exposed when we do not have a corporate structure to hide behind. Ishani's journey was not smooth either and she too has had to change the way she saw the world and herself before attaining any degree of success.

She can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, figure out whether you are indeed cut out for / ready to take on entrepreneurship and give you real-life examples of the bumpy ride you can expect.
